The Betty is a classic full length, full bodied skirt - with side pockets.

This design is considered an open design as the sizing is generous and flexible.
The cotton poplin is light and airy - a gentle structure with a fair amount of volume allows the skirt to float around you. The nature of the fabric has very little drape creating a stable skirt shape.
This characteristic makes for a cool summer skirt but also a fantastic layering piece when the weathers cooler.
The elastic waist is gentle with much of the structure coming from the fabric itself and is very comfortable.

The length is long and elegant - adding to the visual pleasure of the skirt.

Betty pairs well with the Juliana Shell for a classic mid-century vibe, or the Poppy Top for a more contemporary look - but the skirt is classic enough to wear with a T-shirt or collared shirt and very versatile.
