Local Pickup seems to be the only option available but I will need to ship?
When you are in Check Out look for a vertical row of 3 dots in the Shipping Options.
Most likely you will only see “Local Pickup” - but to the right hand side the series of 3 dots should be visible:
hit the 3 dots and shipping options will drop down.

how long will it be to receive my order?
Made to Order is an average of 4 weeks.
Ready to Wear will be roughly a week - we typically ship on a Friday or Saturday.
If you order a combination of the 2 - it will be the 4 week window.
Please allow flexibility with the timing depending on the size of the order and the distance the order may need to travel.

can I order 2 (or more) items of the same design and return what does not fit for a refund?
We do not offer refunds. Please review our SHIPPING, RETURNS + EXCHANGES for more information.

add I add to my order or adjust my order after placing it?
We allow a 3 day window for adjustments. Please review our TIMING + PROCESS for specifications.
